The decision to build

Well as you can see by the timeline to the left, our decision to build was made quite quickly. We have decided to build with Boutique Homes and have chosen the Promenade35 design (which is no longer available).

Our block of land is in the Heritage Springs Estate, Pakenham. So far, our experience has been excellent. Both our Sales Consultant and Pre Start Consultant are fabulous.

We have had a delay with the land being titled but the developers can't control mother nature! We are still seeing progress even though they are battling against a wet weather (even in summer).
